    Anaerobic Threadlocker InstructionAnaerobic threadlocker can fill in thread engaging part gaps to enlarge engaging part area, so to make better locking porformance.The cured adhesive has good performance of corrosion resistance,shock resistance and leak-proof.l、 Use multifunctional cleaning agent to clean thread and bolt surface.2、Choose suitable part number of threadlockers depend on selection guide and main specification.3、 To use threadlocker to seal bold&nut like  picture 14、  To use threadlocker to seal blind screw like picture 2.5、  Tighten the nut to specified torque.  6、 Drip threadlocker to bolt and nut engaging part directly for assembled parts.Thread disassembly and assembly(1) In general condition, use normal wrench to disassemble the thread.(2)For thread which need high strength threadlocker or big diameter thread which is over M26, to heat the parts with adhesive to 230℃ then disassemble it.(3) Users need clean the previous adhesive,then apply threadlocker again if parts need reassembly.CautionsAnaerobic threadlockers can not be used for sealing pure oxygen or oxygen enriched system, and strong oxidizer pipeline like chlorine.

    Taisn Metal-filled Epoxy Putty Instruction1.Surface treatment:Ensure parts surface without oil, water, rust and dust.Make parts surface coarsening as much as possible to enlarge bonding area.Make sandblasting treatment if parts need high repairing strength.If casting parts remain oil and water, then use fire to remove it.2 .Clean&Dry:  Use Forsen brand multifunctional cleaning agent to clean the remained oil and dirt. Drying the parts in short time.3 Mix the repairing agent:  Metal-filled compound is combined of A-part and B-part. Mix A-part and B-part according to operating manual.Stir two parts uniformly until two colors become the same. Use up the repairing agent within specified time.4.Curing:The repairing agent cures at room temperature. Extend curing time or rise up temperature when temperature is under 15℃. Heat treatment can improve the repairing performance after initial cure. In normal condition, keep it warm at 80~100℃ for 3 hours can work well.5.Postprocessing: Users can process parts by traditional machining methods after the repairing agent cured for 8-12 hours.Note:1.Avoid processing it under 15℃ or when humity is higher than 90%.2.Parts surface to be glued shall keep dry, clean and rough.3.Apply suitable heating measures when temperature is under 15℃. 4.Users can use acetone or toluene to clean the repairing agent5.The repairing agent is non-toxic after curing, but don’t touch it by eyes or skin. Use clear water to clean immediately if it contact eyes.
